As of June 2021, the Saginaw County Clerk's office stopped accepting fax and email requests for court records. All requests must now come in person or by mail. This change applies to both the circuit court records office and other clerk divisions. Plan your request method accordingly.

The 10th Circuit Court serves only Saginaw County. It handles civil lawsuits where the claim exceeds $25,000, which is the jurisdictional threshold set by MCL 600.8301. The 70th District Court takes care of civil disputes up to $25,000 and small claims cases up to $6,500. Both courts are located at the county government complex on Michigan Avenue in downtown Saginaw.
