Searching Warren Civil Court Records Online
The 37th District Court uses the MiCourt Case Search for online lookups. There is an important limit to know. Cases filed before January 1, 2022 are not in the online system. If you need records from before that date, you must go to the courthouse in person or contact the clerk's office by email or mail.
For cases after January 2022, the search tool works well. Enter a party name or case number. The system returns basic case info, hearing dates, and the register of actions. Document images are not available through this portal, so you will only see docket entries and case summaries. Non-public records are only accessible to the defendant in person with valid ID.
The statewide MiCOURT Case Search also covers the 37th District Court. You can select it from the court dropdown. For Macomb County Circuit Court cases, visit the Macomb County Circuit Court website for search options.
Note: Warren court records filed before January 1, 2022 are not available online and must be requested in person.
